I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, at the request of the National Transport Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 102(1) of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Dissolution of Dublin Transportation Office) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. The day appointed as the day for the dissolution of the Dublin Transportation Office is 1 December 2009. |
||
