I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (No. 34 of 2009), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009. |
||
|
Commencement. |
||
|
2. I appoint 21 December 2009 as the day on which the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 comes into operation. |
