NATIONAL TREASURY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (STATE AUTHORITY) ORDER 2009 |

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of -�State authority-� in section 7(1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health and Children, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. Subject to Article 3, the Health Service Executive is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of -�State authority-� in section 7(1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000). |
||
|
3. This Order is without prejudice to the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authorities) Order 2003 ( S.I. No. 46 of 2003 ). |
||
|
The Minister for Health and Children consents to the foregoing Order. |
||
