I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22(3) of the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (No. 6 of 2008), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. The Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 213 of 2009 ) is amended, in Article 4, by substituting -�1st day of April 2010-� for -�1st day of January 2010-�. |
||
