This order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Fingal County Council) (Rate Limitation) Order 2009. |

This order requires that Fingal County Council, in exercising its powers to make rates for the financial year 2010, does so in such a way to ensure that the total amount of rates liable to be paid to it does not exceed an amount determined in accordance with the formula set out in section 56(2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (as amended). This formula relates to the Consumer Price Index (All Items). |
