		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		"Iris Oifigiúil" of 12th March, 2010.
		I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsections (2) (amended by section 3(a) of the section 3 of the section 212 of the Companies Act 1990 (No. 33 of 1990) to permit Irish public companies to make overseas market purchases on a recognised stock exchange.
