I, MARY HANAFIN, Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (No. 31 of 2003), hereby make the following regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (Section 21) Regulations 2010. |
||||
2. In these Regulations "Act of 2003" means the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (No. 31 of 2003). |
||||
3. The stadium, known as Aviva Stadium, situated at Lansdowne Road in the city of Dublin is designated as a national sporting arena. |
||||
4. The areas indicated by the colour red on the maps of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (a) of section 21(4) of the Act of 2003. |
||||
5. The areas indicated by the colour blue on the maps of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (b) of section 21(4) of the Act of 2003. |

6. The Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (Section 21) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 271 of 2004 ) are amended by- |
||||
(a) the deletion of Regulation 5, |
||||
(b) in Schedule 1, the deletion of "2. Lansdowne Road Stadium, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4", and |
||||
(c) the deletion of Schedule 3. |
