		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		"Iris Oifigiúil" of 14th May, 2010.
		I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the section 3 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977 (which makes the possession of controlled drugs an offence) those preparations listed in this Order.
