		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		"Iris Oifigiúil" of 14th May, 2010.
		The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby order as follows:
		Citation.
		1. -This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Delegation of NAMA Banking Transactions) Order 2010.
		Delegation of functions.
		2. -The functions of the Minister for Finance under section 54(7E) of the Finance Act 1970 (inserted by the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (No. 34 of 2009)) are delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency.
