I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(3) of the Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2010 (No. 20 of 2010), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010. |
||
2. The 1st day of October 2010 is appointed as the day on which the Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2010 (No. 20 of 2010) comes into operation. |

This Order brings the Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2010 into operation. The Act provides for the charging of fees in respect of prescribed items dispensed by community pharmacy contractors to persons with full eligibility and provides for matters connected therewith. |
