I, BARRY ANDREWS, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Adoption Act 2010 (No. 21 of 2010) and the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 508 of 2010 ), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption Act 2010 (Establishment Day) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of November 2010 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Adoption Act 2010 (No. 21 of 2010). |
||
