I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6(3)(b) of the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Act 2008 (No. 18 of 2008), having regard to the matters set out in section 2 of that Act, having complied with section 6(3A)(a) of that Act and being satisfied as required by paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 6(3A) of that Act, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) (Financial Support Date) (No. 2) Order 2010. |
||
2. For the purposes of section 6(3) of the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Act 2008 (No. 18 of 2008), financial support may be provided to 30 June 2016. |
||

This order is made under Section 6(3) of the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Act 2008 which provides that the Minister may specify an end date for the provision of financial support in respect of borrowings, liabilities and obligations of a credit institution. The Minister sets out an end date of 30 June 2016 for the provision of financial support. |
