This order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council) (Rate Limitation) Order 2010. |

This order requires that Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, in exercising its powers to make rates for the financial year 2011, does so in such a way to ensure that the total amount of rates liable to be paid to it does not exceed an amount determined in accordance with the formula set out in section 56 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (as amended). This formula relates to the Consumer Price Index (All Items). |
