The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2011. |
||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to John Moloney, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children. |
