I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 11 (inserted by section 22 of the Social Welfare and Pensions Act (No. 9 of 2011)) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 (No. 5 of 2000) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade And Innovation (Alteration Of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )), hereby make the following order: |

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 (Section 11) (No. 2) Order 2011. |
||
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 1 July 2011. |
||
2. It is hereby declared that the national minimum hourly rate of pay for the purposes of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 (No. 5 of 2000) shall be €8.65. |

This Order sets the national minimum hourly rate of pay from 1 July 2011 at €8.65. |
