I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 20 of 2011), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) Order 2011. |
||
|
2. The 21st day of September 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 20 of 2011) come into operation: |
||
|
(a) sections 15 to 19; |
||
|
(b) sections 22 to 27; and |
||
|
(c) sections 30 to 42. |
||
|

||
|
