I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 , hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2011. |
||
|
2. The 21st day of September 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 come into operation: |
||
|
(a) section 6; |
||
|
(b) section 10(f); |
||
|
(c) section 12(d); |
||
|
(d) section 14(c); |
||
|
(e) section 23(b); |
||
|
(f) section 50(c); |
||
|
(g) section 57; |
||
|
(h) section 62; |
||
|
(i) sections 79 and 80. |
||
|
