I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 , hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2011. |
||
|
2. The 15 day of November 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 30 of 2010) come into operation: |
||
|
(a) section 74 (a) to (d); |
||
|
(b) section 75. |
||
|

||
