I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following scheme: |
||
|
1. This Scheme may be cited as the Student Grant (Amendment) Scheme 2011. |
||
|
2. This Scheme comes into operation on 1 January 2012. |
||
|
3. The Student Grant Scheme 2011 ( S.I. No. 305 of 2011 ) is amended- |
||
|
(a) in the reference to Schedule 3 in the Arrangement of Scheme, by the substitution of "Financial Year 2012" for "Financial Year 2011", and |
||
|
(b) by substitution of the following for Schedule 3: |
||
|
"Schedule 3Rates of Maintenance Grant for the Financial Year 2012 |
||
|
Annual Rates |
||
|
||
|
". |
||
|
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Scheme. |
