I, SEÁN SHERLOCK, Minister of State at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 9 (1), 43 (2), 44 (3) and 85 of the Industrial Designs Act 2001 (No. 39 of 2001) and the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 241 of 2011 ) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )), and in relation to the said section 9(1), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following regulations: |

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Designs (Amendment) Regulations 2012. |
||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 February 2012. |
||
2. Schedule 1 to the Industrial Designs Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 280 of 2002 ) is amended- |
||
(a) by substituting the following text for the text set out in columns (1), (2) and (3) of reference number 8- |
||

(b) by substituting the following text for the text set out in columns (1), (2) and (3) of reference number 14: |

||
and |
||
(c) by substituting "125.00" for "76.00" in column (3) opposite the mention in column (1) of reference number 16. |

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations. |
