Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht) (No. 2) Order 2012.

2. Damien Garvey, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht with effect from 2 April 2012.
