I, RUAIRÍ QUINN TD, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Education (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 14 of 2012), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 6th day of June 2012 is appointed as the day on which the Education (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 14 of 2012), other than- |
||
|
(a) section 6 (in so far as it relates to subsections (8), (9) and (10) of section 24 of the Education Act 1998 (No. 51 of 1998)), and |
||
|
(b) section 8, |
||
|
comes into operation. |
||
|
|
||
|
