I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 103 (1) of the Companies Act 1963 (No. 33 of 1963) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. This Order shall come into operation on 1st February 2013. |
||
|
3. The Schedule to the Companies (Fees) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 304 of 2009 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of: |

This Order fixes the fees to be paid to the Registrar of Companies for the delivery to the Registrar of the prescribed particulars of registrable charges pursuant to section 99 of the Companies Act 1963 , including by electronic means. |
