I, MICHEAL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 42 (1) of the Credit Union and Co-operation with Overseas Regulators Act 2012 (No. 40 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Union Restructuring Board (Establishment Day) Order 2012.

2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 3 of the Credit Union and Co-operation with Overseas Regulators Act 2012 (No. 40 of 2012) is 1 January 2013.

This Order is made under section 42 (1) of the Credit Union and Co-operation with Overseas Regulators Act 2012 to appoint 1st January 2013 as the establishment day of the Credit Union Restructuring Board.
