The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 21 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (No. 14 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations: |

Citation. |
||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Derelict Sites (Urban Areas)(No. 2) Regulations, 2012. |
||
(2) These Regulations and the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 2011 may be cited together as the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 2012. |
||
Prescription of Urban Areas |
||
2. The areas in the administrative counties of Louth and Westmeath as indicated in Column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations opposite the mention of the relevant administrative county in Column 1 of the said Schedule are hereby prescribed to be urban areas for the purposes of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 . |
