Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act, 2013) Delegation of Functions Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The following functions of the Minister for Finance are delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency: |
||
|
(a) the function of the Minister under section 54 (7F) of the Finance Act, 1970 (inserted by the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act 2013 (No. 2 of 2013)), and |
||
|
(b) the function of the Minister under section 17 (1) of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act, 2013 (No. 2 of 2013). |
||
