I, FERGUS O’DOWD, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 (4) of the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (No. 40 of 2006) (as adapted by the Communications, Marine and Natural Resources (Alteration of Name of Department and title of Minister) Order 2007 ( S.I. No. 706 of 2007 )) and the Energy and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 631 of 2012) hereby make the following Regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (section 28(4)) Regulations 2013). |
||
2. Sections 69 to 83 of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 shall, in accordance with subsection (4) of section 28 of the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (No. 40 of 2006) and without further modification, apply in all cases for the purposes of compulsory acquisition under that section. |

This Order provides that Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 shall apply in all cases for the purposes of compulsory acquisition under the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (No. 40 of 2006). |
