I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (3) of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 9 of 2007), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 17th day of May 2013 is appointed as the day on which section 5 of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 9 of 2007) comes into operation. |
||
