I, BRENDAN HOWLIN, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (3) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 3 of 2013), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 14th day of June 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 3 of 2013) shall come into operation. |
||
