Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th July, 2013.

The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 (2) of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (No. 30 of 2013), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 31st day of July 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2013 (No. 30 of 2013), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
