I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 17 of the Trade Union Act 1941 (No. 22 of 1941) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )), and being satisfied that the holder of the negotiation licence hereinafter referred to has ceased to be an authorised trade union within the meaning of the said Act, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act 1941 (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 2) Order 2013. |
||
2. The negotiation licence granted to the Irish Federation of Musicians and Associated Professions (1984) on the 16th day of November, 1987, is hereby revoked. |
||

The effect of this Order is to revoke the negotiation licence which was granted to the Irish Federation of Musicians and Associated Professions (1984) as the union has ceased to exist. |
