I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013), hereby make the following order: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Establishment Day) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 27th day of October 2013 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013). |
||
