The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and Equality and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice and Equality) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. Ms Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, particulars of whose address have been at the offices of the Department of Justice and Equality, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice and Equality with effect from 1 October, 2013. |
||
