I, Phil Hogan, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 and section 118 of the Local Government Act, 2001 (No. 37 of 2001), hereby make the following regulations: |
||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Audit Fees) Regulations 2013. |
||
2. In these Regulations- |
||
"Local Government Management Agency" means the Local Government Management Agency established under Article 4 of the Local Government Management Agency (Establishment) Order 2012 ( S.I. No. 290 of 2012 ). |
||
3. The audit fee payable in respect of the audit conducted by a local government auditor of the accounts for the local financial year ended 31 December, 2013 of the Local Government Management Agency shall be €14,250. |

The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the audit fees to be paid by the Local Government Management Agency in respect of the audit of their accounts by the Local Government Audit Service. |
