I, PAT RABBITTE T.D., Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 (No. 4 of 2010), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) SafetyAct 2010 (Remaining Provisions)(Commencement) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 18th day of December 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 (No. 4 of 2010), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation. |
