I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Child and Family Agency Act 2013 (No. 40 of 2013), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Child and Family Agency Act 2013 (Establishment Day) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of January 2014 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Child and Family Agency Act 2013 (No. 40 of 2013). |
||
