I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 4 of 2014) and after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, hereby order as follows: |

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (Section 2) (No. 4) Order 2014. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 9 April 2014. |
||
|
2. It is hereby declared that, for the purposes of the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 4 of 2014), the administrative area of Waterford County Council forms part of the functional area of Waterford City Council. |
