I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 of the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name and Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows: |

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) (Amendment) Order 2014. |
||
|
(2) This Order comes into operation on 24 June 2014. |
||
|
2. The Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order 2012 ( S.I. No. 417 of 2012 ) (as amended by the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) (Amendment) Order 2013 ( S.I. No. 428 of 2013 )) is amended, in Schedule 1, by deleting "Venezuela". |
