I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (3) of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 9 of 2007), as adapted by the Education and Science (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 184 of 2010 ), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The 13th day of June 2014 is appointed as the day on which section 3 of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 9 of 2007) comes into operation. |
