I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in the exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 126I(7) (as inserted by section 61 of the Local Government Reform Act 2014 (No. 1 of 2014)) of the Local Government Act 2001 (No. 37 of 2001), hereby order as follows: |

Citation. |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Oversight and Audit Commission (Number of Members) Order 2014. |
||
Number of Members. |
||
2. The number of members of the National Oversight and Audit Commission (established by the National Oversight and Audit Commission (Establishment) Order 2014 ( S.I. No. 297 of 2014 )), shall be increased to 12 members for the period of 2 years from the date of this Order. |
