Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 8th July, 2014.

I, RICHARD BRUTON T.D., Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. In this Order "Act of 2014" means the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014).

3. The 16th day of July 2014 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act of 2014 come into operation:

(a) Parts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6;

(b) section 31;

(c) section 40;

(d) the Schedule.

4. The 31st day of July 2014 is appointed as the day on which the Act of 2014, in so far as not already in operation, comes into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation).

This Order provides that the Industrial Development (Forfás Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 13 of 2014) will come into force in 2 stages, as follows:

Parts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, Section 31, Section 40 and the Schedule will commence on 16th July 2014.

All remaining parts of the Act will come into operation on 31st July 2014.
