I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2014 (No. 3 of 2014), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2014 (Section 10(a) and (f)) (Commencement) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The day appointed as the day on which- |
||
|
(a) paragraph (a)(i)(II) and (IV), |
||
|
(b) paragraph (a)(ii), and |
||
|
(c) paragraph (f), |
||
|
of section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2014 (No. 3 of 2014) come into operation is 1 August 2014. |
||
|

|
