Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 1st August, 2014.

The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (No. 20 of 2014), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (Dissolution Day) Order 2014.

2. The 1st day of August 2014 is appointed as the dissolution day for the purposes of the Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (No. 20 of 2014).
