The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (No. 20 of 2014), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (Dissolution Day) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August 2014 is appointed as the dissolution day for the purposes of the Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (No. 20 of 2014). |
