I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The 19th day of September 2014 is appointed as the day on which sections 1 to 4 and Parts 5 and 8 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014) come into operation. |
