I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 12th day of March 2015 is appointed as the day on which the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015) comes into operation. |
||
