I, JAN O’SULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 (2) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations: |
||
|
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2015. |
||
|
2. The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of section 28 (1) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011): |
||
|
(a) the Central Applications Office (Universities and Other Education Institutions); |
||
|
(b) the Child and Family Agency; |
||
|
(c) Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora. |
||
|
3. The Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 157 of 2013 ) are revoked. |
||
