I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 27 of 2015), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August 2015 is appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 27 of 2015) comes into operation. |
||
