I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Marriage Act 2015 (No. 35 of 2015), and after consulting with the Minister for Social Protection, hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Marriage Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 16th day of November 2015 is appointed as the day on which the Marriage Act 2015 (No. 35 of 2015) comes into operation. |
||
