I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 (2) of the Finance Act 2014 (No. 37 of 2014), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 10th day of January 2015 is appointed as the day on which section 24 of the Finance Act 2014 (No. 37 of 2014) comes into operation. |
||
