I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 372AAA of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Living City Initiative) (Special Regeneration Area) (Limerick) Order 2015. |
||
2. The area in Limerick indicated by red lines on the map attached to this order, is specified as a special regeneration area for the purposes of Chapter 13 of Part 10 of the Act. |
